From the look of the substantial bump under her figure-hugging dress, Angelina could well be pregnant.
Jolie and Brad Pitt, 43, have already adopted three children, Cambodian Maddox, Vietnamese Pax, and Ethiopian Zahara, as well as having one biological child, Shiloh and are keen to extend the family.
